Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1. No Return Policy (Exchange Only)
As per our company policy, we do not accept product returns. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund. We only provide exchange services in cases where the product has a genuine defect or damage.
2. Conditions for Exchange
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
If you received the wrong product.
If the product was damaged at the time of delivery.
If the size or variant delivered does not match your order.
Time Limit
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery. Any request made after 7 days will not be considered.
3. Mandatory Open Box Video for Refund or Exchange
We pack every order with great care. However, if you receive a damaged product or any item is missing, an “Open Box Video” is mandatory for processing any refund or exchange request.
Guidelines for the Video
The video must start before opening the parcel.
The courier label and tracking ID should be clearly visible.
The video must be recorded in one continuous shot without any cuts or edits.
The damage or missing item should be clearly visible in the video.
Please Note: Without a valid open box video, we will not be able to process any claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong products.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided if replacement stock is unavailable for exchange.
Refunds will be initiated only after our team verifies the video provided by you.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days.
5. Exchange Process (How to Apply)
If your product is eligible for exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.
Share your Order ID along with the Open Box Video.
Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the old product or dispatch a replacement product.
6. Cases Where Exchange Will Not Be Accepted
Exchange requests will not be accepted if:
The product has been used.
The original packaging, tags, or labels are missing.
The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.
You do not have an unboxing/open box video.
